SILVER FALLS CAPITAL ACQUIRES OMNITEC DESIGN INC.

Silver Falls Capital announced today that it has acquired privately held Omnitec Design Inc. based in Mukilteo, WA. Omnitec Design manufactures and distributes a range of industrial grade Air Purification Equipment and related consumables that are used in critical applications across multiple industries.
Since 1988, Omnitec Design supplies equipment for high-stakes applications including Flood / Fire Disaster Response, Bio-Hazard and Epidemic Control, Hospitals & Labs, Environmental Abatement and Restoration. Their products combine the best technologies for scrubbing air of Fine Particulates, Volatile Organic Compounds, Odor, and Biological Contaminants. They have a reputation for delivering rugged and highly reliable air filtration, structural drying and negative pressure machines and consumables. Their systems can filter large volumes of air ranging from 80 CFM to 18,000 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) and are up to 99.99% effective.
