Commercial Bike Rack Manufacturer Sportworks

The acquisition broadens the company’s portfolio with end-to-end solutions for bicycle transport and parking


WOODINVILLE, Wash
–  Dec. 28, 2021 - Silver Falls Capital has acquired privately-held Sportworks Northwest, Inc. (Sportworks). Based in Woodinville, Wash., Sportworks is a world leader in the design and manufacture of commercial bike parking solutions and bicycle racks for private and public sector transit vehicles.

Sportworks products are renowned for thoughtful engineering and design, and are preferred by cyclists and commuters. With a focus on environmental sustainability, the company’s solutions promote the use of bicycles as a convenient, equitable, and cost-effective mobility solution.
